• Experience and sound knowledge in university admission and visa processing. Should be highly ambitious, target achievers and goal oriented.
• To ensure regular attendance at the office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English and Bengali languages in a must.
• Experience in the education counselling industry will be given preference.

We are currently hiring for the following position in Dhaka.

Student Counsellor / Senior Student Counsellor

At our esteemed organization, we specialize in providing comprehensive study abroad consulting services to students seeking guidance in their academic journey in Canada, Australia, USA, UK, major countries in Europe. We also specialize in immigration and visa services. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized solutions and fostering an environment that values professionalism, growth, and teamwork.

Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Location: Level 2, Suite 211, RH Home Center, Green Road, Dhaka, Bangladesh, 1215

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counselling to understand students’ academic and career aspirations and offer precise guidance on studying abroad.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with students, their guardians, clients, and educational institutions.
• Manage students’ databases and ensure regular follow-up.
• Prepare and process necessary documents, cover letters, and other materials related to student visa processing.
• Demonstrate patience, time management, and teamwork to achieve marketing goals. Prepare to go live on Facebook and create videos for social media promotion.
• Guide students through the university application process, including document preparation and submission.
• Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and fairs to promote educational opportunities.
• Stay informed about educational trends, university programs, and scholarship opportunities.
• Work towards achieving enrolment targets through lead conversion to enrolments.
