• Experience working across the Asia Pacific region, such as China, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Middle east & Europe, including multinational corporations and high-growth startups

Responsibilities & Context

ABOUT THE COMPANY: ACI CO-RO is a joint venture between Bangladeshi conglomerate ACI Limited and Danish fruit juice giant, CO-RO A/S Denmark. ACI CO-RO founded with the purpose of bringing refreshment and delight to the consumer through an offering of delicious fruit-based drinks under CO-RO’s brand umbrella.

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Country Manager within the beverage sector with 20+ years of international experince.

A glimpse of key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall operations of the business in the country, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market growth.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans, driving market entry, expansion, and revenue growth.
• Oversee P&L management, ensuring financial targets, cost savings, and profitability goals are met.
• Lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional team, including sales, marketing, manufacturing, and finance.
• Drive brand portfolio management and innovation, launching new products and revitalizing existing brands to enhance market position.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure operational efficiency by overseeing manufacturing, quality control, and health & safety standards.
• Implement market expansion strategies, increasing distribution, improving sales productivity, and maximizing market share.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, adjusting strategies to maintain competitive edge and business growth.
• Oversee Factory operations production KPI’s, Health, Environment and Safety
