Experience

At most 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Telecommunication

Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English (spoken & written)

Strong interpersonal and listening skills

Ability to solve customer issues professionally and efficiently

Good knowledge of Facebook, Email, Messenger, and Web Chat support

Positive mindset with strong learning ability

Responsibilities & Context

Handle incoming customer calls professionally

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions

Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively

Manage customer communication through phone, email, Facebook, and web chat

Escalate complex issues to the concerned department/team leader

Investigate customer complaints and collect relevant information

Maintain service quality and response standards
