-Previous Experience in any CALL CENTER is Strongly Preferable.
-Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply if & only you are very good & strong in oral Communications.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
✅Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
✅Telesales / Telemarketing / Appointment settings for specific client over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.
✅Manage outbound/inbound calls to Customers across the country in a timely manner.
✅Should have good convincing skill and excellent sales skill.
✅Should be able to maintain client database.
✅You have to fill up your daily, weekly and monthly goal for fulfilling the target.
✅Day to day planning and report management ability.
Employment Status:
Full time (11 hours)
Half-time (6 hours)
✅Duty time (Slot: 9am to 4pm & 4/ 3pm to 10pm)- 1 days off day in week.
✅Its a part Time job for 6hours salary 5000+commission
Educational Requirements:
-Minimum HSC Passed from any background.
-Experienced one will be highly appreciated.
