To continue the business growth and sustainability, we are looking for suitable job incumbent who will plays a vital role in maintaining a positive and loyal customer relationship as well as contributes significantly to the growth and success of ACI Power Solution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through various channels, including social media, email, and phone.
  • Provide product and service-related information to customers to ensure they have a clear understanding of the offerings.
  • Provide personalized and tailored responses to address customer concerns as instructed.
  • Collaborate with sales team to understand customer needs and align responses accordingly to increase lead conversion rates.
  • Create and maintain a database of corporate customers with detailed profiles, including preferences, purchase history, and communication preferences.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and customer pain points.
  • Generate reports and analyze customer data to track customer satisfaction, lead conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
  • Weekly report preparation & presentation to supervisor to ensure transparency of work.
