Description and Responsibilities

HQTS is expanding its footprint to Dhaka, Bangladesh, and actively searching high caliber customer service and business development personnel to join our term. The incumbent should have the skill to handle international clients’ queries, mostly in the fields of consumer hard goods, Garments & Textiles, Leather & Footwear, soft goods, electronics, machinery, industrial products, etc. The ideal candidate should be proficient at grasping new concepts, utilizing the same in a productive manner, and excellent in problem-solving. He/ She should possess a high sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills. Computer skills include Emails, Online communication platforms, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. and excellent command over the English language (reading, writing, speaking, and hearing) is a must. The responsibilities are:

  • Act as the representative of HQTS to deal with various customers & vendors
  • Help customers’ process orders
  • Maintain high service level and cater to customers’ need and request
  • Deal with customers & vendors with inquiries and complaints
  • Handle difficult customers & vendors with manner and efficiency
  • Act as the communication bridge between customers, vendors and internal departments on various problems and come up with the best solution.
