Responsibilities & Context
Manage large number of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
sell services, products over the phone as per the instruction provided.
Receiving customers’ enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
During each call, follow the “sales scripts” to address different topics.
Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Night Shift: (8.00 pm to 5.00 am) including Break.
