- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Office Word/Excel.
Responsibilities & Context
In this role, you will be assigned with the following responsibilities –
- Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients to sell products as directed.
- Order confirmation by phone/IP Call from our customer’s orders on the website.
- Reply WhatsApp Massage And queries.
- Manage Microsoft Word/excel Report.
- Fluent speech capability with confidence & Perfect pronunciation in Bangla.
- Provide clients with accurate and detailed product information.
- Regularly follow up with existing and potential customer using the website.
- Be target-oriented and capable of meeting assigned responsibilities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly task targets.
- Meet both personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals.
