Job Context:

Our motto is “Best Quality and On-Time Delivery.” We are looking for an experienced engineer for our ongoing Depot Automation Project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Database design and architecture: Develop logical and physical database models to meet application and business requirements
• Installation and configuration: Set up DBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases
• Performance tuning: Monitor and optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and load balancing.
• Backup and recovery: Implement backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
• Security management: Control access, enforce user permissions, implement encryption and security measures.
• Data integrity and quality: Ensure accuracy and consistency by applying rules and validation procedures.
• Maintenance and updates: Patch and upgrade database systems regularly.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve database-related issues promptly.
• Collaboration: Work with developers, system admins, and business analysts to support database needs.
