- Strong knowledge of CRM Development & Customization
- Payment & Billing: Payment Gateway integration (SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad, Upay) & WHMCS setup
- Server & Deployment: Linux/Cloud/VPS, Git
- Security & Performance: Secure coding & performance optimization
- VoIP & Telecom: SIP, RTP, Asterisk, FreePBX integration
- Preferred: Experience working in IPTSP/Telecom companies and SaaS platforms
Responsibilities & Context
Job Context
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our technology team. The candidate will mainly work on building and customizing CRM systems, guided by a senior mentor. A solid understanding of core CRM development languages is required. The role also includes developing and maintaining our in-house software, such as accounting and billing systems, along with other internal tools.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications.
- Build, customize, and maintain CRM systems based on company needs.
- Develop and integrate APIs with third-party systems (CRM, SMS, Payment Gateway, etc.).
- Customize and manage VoIP solutions (Asterisk, FreePBX, Issabel, ViciDial, etc.).
- Implement Payment Gateway Setup and WHMCS for automated billing and reseller management.
- Develop and maintain in-house tools, including accounting and billing software.
- Ensure database design, optimization, and synchronization (MySQL, MariaDB).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Use Git for version control and release management.
- Contribute to system architecture and design discussions.
- Maintain system security, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Research and apply new technologies to improve performance and scalability.
