Responsibilities & Context

• Checking the delivery orders and implement shipping operations, including route plan, dispatching, documentation and other assistance as needed to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.
• Working with warehouse and transportation staffs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries as per the pre-planned delivery schedule.
• Communicating with concern Delivery Order (DO) approval authority and Distribution authority to deliver products/goods as per approved DO.
• Communicating with the depot for their daily report and then prepare daily national stock report.
• Ensuring that company transport vehicles are maintained in good working conditions.
• Communicating with transport providers for arrange vehicle.
• Preparing delivery challan, gate pass and take signs from authority.In addition, reporting management as per assigned and prescribed format (EXCEL/from Internal system).ERP posting of 1. fuel consumption and 2. Servicing of vehicles.
• Communicating with VAT department for VAT challan; Accounts for delivery & servicing expanses; QC & Decal for priority products; Store for fuel, spare parts & others; Security for delivery quantity check.
• Leading the distribution team, monitor their performance, training, provide feedback for improvement and communicate with administrative department.
• Ensure the store operation is fully functional in its capacity and capable of providing the required support.
• Prepare weekly/monthly chemical & Raw materials receiving & consumption statement & report to the concern.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed on timely basis for requisition of itemsManage, control and record overall receipt, delivery and movement of stored items.
• Ensure availability of all products at store to minimize production loss and provide on-time requisition as per reordering level.
• Conduct monthly inventory verification by checking the physical conditions of products.
• Ensure accurate and on time entry in ERP Software of all items movement of store.
• Ensure completion of stock reconciliation by checking the records of ERP vs. manual & physical.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
