Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in fund management, monitor bank balances and initiate transfers accordingly
- Handle LC operations, ensure availability of funds in bank accounts to retire LC documents
- Monitor banking costs and fees, identify cost-saving opportunities and make effective contribution for optimizing banking relationships
- Prepare all relevant accrual/prepaid vouchers, including a list of prepaid parties
- Check advertising agency bills and prepare relevant vouchers for payment
- Verify C&F, insurance premium bills and prepare relevant vouchers on time
- Valuation of import materials for the preparation of Financial Statements
- Reconcile and distribute ORS bonuses
- Record accrual UPAS liability and settle it according to the scheduled time
- Contribute to the SAP implementation project
- Identify and give suggestions to the CFO/Sr. Manager, F&A regarding SAP software for enhancing efficiency
- Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
