Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Deputy Brand Manager with a strong background in brand strategy development, analytical mindset, performance marketing expertise, data analytical abilities, and marketing research proficiency. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the home appliance, FMCG, or telecom industry and possess a proven track record in brand management. This role requires daily collaboration with the regional marketing team and exceptional presentation skills.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand growth and market share.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Implement strategic initiatives to enhance brand positioning and achieve business objectives.
- Lead performance marketing efforts, including digital marketing campaigns, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI and effectiveness.
- Utilize data analytics to track and measure brand performance, consumer behavior, and market trends.
