Payroll software and attendance system management.
Maintain and manage the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other customized solutions.
Provide IT support to end-users for desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, fax machines, printers and other IT assents following the company’s IT policy.
Troubleshooting mail client issues and possess a strong knowledge of data recovery and disaster management.
Set-up and maintain the company’s computer network, including fiber optics, radio links, LAN and WAN Networks.
Security system handling and troubleshooting IP Cameras, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, finger attendance systems and access control devices.
Conduct user training for software and applications as required.
Manage the IT budget, update the inventory of all hardware and software and maintain proper documentation.
Communicating regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security.
Commissioning and installing new applications and customizing existing applications in order to make them fit for purpose.
Developing, managing and testing back-up and disaster recovery plans.
Analyzes documents, files and reports related to work flow.
