Responsibilities & Context
- Engage with clients to job/ Global freight forwarding with Logistics promote services such as Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs clearing &forwarding services and Cargo Insurance too.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates with local and international stations for customer quotations.
- Provide timely customer rates and follow-up through email and visits.
- Coordinate with operations and other departments for seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Provide weekly sales forecasts to local management.
