Responsibilities & Context

• Engage with clients to job/ Global freight forwarding with Logistics promote services such as Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs clearing &forwarding services and Cargo Insurance too.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with local and international stations for customer quotations.
• Provide timely customer rates and follow-up through email and visits.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments for seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Provide weekly sales forecasts to local management.
