Responsibilities & Context

The Sales Manager (Tricycle) will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for tricycles within the assigned territory. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and building strong relationships with customers and dealers to ensure that sales targets are met. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to drive performance in a competitive environment.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth for tricycles in the assigned region.
Execute the sales strategy to ensure realizing the Organization’s Vision.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and communication.
Ensure periodical targets and optimize accordingly.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular sales reports.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
Develop & execute effective Sales strategy & ensure extraordinary customer experience.
Manage and monitor daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
Create and Manage the database and align it with the organizational system.
Monitor existing competitor activities and compete accordingly.
Any other task assigned by Management related to the role.
Periodical Report Generation and Presentation.
