- Strong experience in showroom sales and operations in a reputed home appliance company will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of showroom management and retail operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities & Context
Akij Venture Limited is seeking a professional to manage and oversee all Home Appliance showrooms from the Head Office, ensuring smooth operations, sales growth, and service excellence
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall showroom operations and sales performance.
- Ensure proper inventory management and product display in the showroom.
- Coordinate with management regarding retail expansion activities.
- Maintain financial documentation, reporting, and compliance.
- Support showroom expansion projects and operational activities.
- Handle vendor sourcing for showroom materials, assets, and logistics.
- Conduct market study and site identification for new showrooms and coordinate with vendors, landlords, and relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee showroom setup, execution, and pre-opening operational activities for new outlets.
- Handle crisis situations, operational issues, and ensure proper reporting and compliance with company policies.
