Should be capable to perform of any of the Company assigned special work.

Overseeing the succeeding team members to achieve the company’s sales target.
Ensure the achievement of targeted sales by yourself as well as your team members.
Prepare a strategic plan and develop as when required.
Supervise the ensuing team members every day and make sure the working activities of them.
Lead the team members and coordinate with the line manager to share the updated information.
Increase customer data and maintain relations with the client.
Make sure that team members are preserving departmental policies and implementing them.
Measure the team member’s expertise and share it with the line manager for their proper training.
Suggest a new sales technique for company growth and profitability
Monitoring competitive market and proposing for future development to the line manager.
Make sure that your following team members comprehend the departmental goals, the company’s objective, mission, and vision.
Prepare proficient everyday sales reports for the department.
