Requirements
Education
- Minimum Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Public Health, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
Additional Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in project management or a related field, working with NGOs, international NGOs, or
- organisations focused on development sector.
- Individuals with Project Management Certification will be highly preferred.
- Individuals with working experience in the mental health field are desirable.
Responsibilities & Context

Major Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Roll out project ideas / proposal as per devised implementation plan.
- Coordinate on strategical guidelines for project implementation.
- Assisting monitoring tools for project monitoring and implementation purposes.
- Develop different presentation or relevant communication support document regarding projects.
- Coordinate with donors for project implementation updates and any operational changes.
- Engage in core internal requirement fulfilments for project implementation purposes.
Develop Proposal and Budgets:
- Development of Mental Health Program’s existing and new initiative proposals and required amendments.
- Develop fiscal budgets for individual programs under mental health program portfolio.
Financial Management & Monitoring:
- Review Budget variances for all projects and reflect on errors, corrections and relevant comments for incidents or
- activities.
- Develop timely donor financial reporting as per contractual and project needs.
- Monitor and coordinate regular financial expenses and incomes from different projects.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Preparing and submission of monthly project reports.
- Develop/review SoPs for different projects under the program and as needed.
- Develop and review program relevant documents such as audit reports, communication materials, government
- authority relevant documents etc.
- Develop donor reports for submission of fund request as per contractual requirements.
- Development of partnership or service provision agreements / MoUs with external and internal stakeholders.
- Develop technical documents for relevant project for program support and operational requirements, i.e.
- beneficiary data collection forms, reporting formats, analysis report etc.
Resource Supervision and Management:
- Manage individual resources’ workplan and deliverables.
- Manage individual resources’ evaluations.
- Review individual resources’ deliverables and provided guideline, feedback and regular monitoring.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during field operations and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for
- resolution.
Donor Management and Partnerships:
- Coordinate and conduct meeting with external stakeholders for pitching different mental health programs/projects.
- Assist or develop new concept notes / details proposals for donors.
- Development new budgets, timelines, beneficiary estimations for new initiatives or donor RFPs.
- Develop presentations for project proposals to donors.
- Conduct meetings or workshops with external parties for collaborating on services provision with external NGOs,
- INGOs or private sector.
Inter-departmental Coordination:
- Coordination with HR, Finance, Accounts, Admin & Infrastructure, IT MIS Team and Inspection team for program
- specific requirements and objectives.
MHP Overall Program Support:
- Provide required support from time to time for all projects or individual initiatives for achieving targets.
- Support on developing overall SAJIDA Mental Health Program’s strategies upcoming years program plan and design
- inclusive of Budget.
