We are looking for responsible, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Executive.
Job Information
Position: Customer Support Executive
Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about company services.
Follow up with new, existing, and previous customers regularly.
Ensure that no customer inquiry or follow-up is missed or unnecessarily delayed.
Maintain professional, polite, and friendly communication with customers.
Handle customer complaints, concerns, and service-related issues professionally.
Coordinate with the relevant team to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups, complaints, and service status.
Collect customer feedback after service completion.
Maintain and update customer information and follow-up records accurately.
Prepare daily reports on customer inquiries, follow-ups, complaints, and pending issues.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Management teams when necessary.
Maintain company standards, confidentiality, discipline, and professional conduct at all times.
