  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in HR & Admin role within the healthcare industry with at least 5 years of proven experience as Head of HR & Admin in renowned Diagnostics Center.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and other HR relevant software.
  • A deep understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and operational needs.
  • Partner with senior leadership to influence business decisions from an HR perspective and drive the company’s HR objectives.
  • Advise senior management on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Lead the recruitment process to meet staffing needs for the garment production facility, ensuring timely hiring of qualified employees.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition team to attract and retain skilled workers at all levels.
  • Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, screen candidates, and implement effective selection processes.
  • Develop and implement programs to ensure employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Promote a culture of respect, teamwork, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Identify skill gaps and lead the development of training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring alignment with operational needs and industry standards.
  • Oversee the onboarding and induction process for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Ensure continuous learning and career development opportunities for employees.
  • Design and implement effective performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and goal-setting.
  • Ensure alignment between individual employee performance and company objectives.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers in handling performance issues and developing their teams.
  • Oversee the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with industry standards and local regulations.
  • Lead salary reviews, incentive programs, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with national labor laws and statutory requirements related to compensation, benefits, and working hours.
  • Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with local labor laws, government regulations, and industry standards.
  • Oversee the documentation of employee records and ensure proper compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Manage relationships with labor unions and ensure smooth labor negotiations and dispute resolution, if applicable.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including employee turnover, retention rates, training effectiveness, and other HR-related metrics.
  • Regularly report HR performance and trends to senior leadership and suggest data-driven improvements to HR practices.
  • Continuously evaluate HR processes and make recommendations for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees by complying with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Promote wellness programs and initiatives to improve the overall well-being of employees.
  • Oversee policies related to workplace safety, including training, risk assessments, and incident management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the skills, tools, and knowledge to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and ensure ongoing professional development for HR personnel.
