Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of video editing tools.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Trained or skilled online digital marketer preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.
  • Must be enthusiastic, proactive, punctual, honest, and hard-working.
  • Must possess your own Android mobile phone.
  • Willingness to use an official SIM for client communication if selected.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and customer support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

Our mission is to empower professionals and businesses with the knowledge they need to navigate the complexities of VAT and Tax regulations and compliance. We are seeking a motivated and organized Digital Marketing and Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Backup:

  • Assist in executing and improving digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics.
  • Support content creation and distribution.
  • Create necessary marketing databases, email, and social media advertising campaigns.

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, phone calls, Messenger, and other platforms.
  • Address and resolve issues related to login, email verification, course access, and other queries.

Social Media Engagement:

  • Engage with users on social media platforms by responding to comments and messages.
  • Schedule and manage social media posts.
  • Collect and organize phone numbers from WhatsApp chats and order data.
  • Identify users not enrolled in courses and follow up.

Enrollment Assistance:

  • Match enrollment data from the website with Google Sheets.
  • Manually enter data for users who did not complete the form.
  • Identify and rectify unauthorized entries.
  • Create accounts on the website and enroll users in courses.
  • Notify users about their enrollment via WhatsApp messages and calls.

Follow-Up Calls:

  • Schedule and conduct calls to follow up with users who have not enrolled in courses.

Cold Calling and Sales:

  • Make unsolicited cold calls using mobile, WhatsApp, Messenger, Imo, etc., and close sales.

Marketing and Promotions:

  • Explore and improve existing promotional and marketing activities.
  • Utilize social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and
  • WhatsApp to increase sales and promotional activities.
  • Manage online activities related to traffic acquisition, sales conversion, and reporting.
  • Make presentations to clients physically or online.

Other Assigned Tasks:

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and enhance customer experience.
