- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Expertise in setting up, managing, and maintaining Facebook and Google Adwords campaigns
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Experience in working with media houses and communication agencies is a plus.

Contract duration: 1 year initially, with the possibility of extension based on the performance.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
3.1 Digital Marketing Management
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and other digital assets.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
3.2 Ad Management and Monitoring
- Manage end-to-end ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant digital advertising channels.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance, and continuously make improvements to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of advertising performance, including recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
3.3 Collaboration with Media Houses / Communication Agencies
- Work closely with media houses/communication agencies to develop engaging promotional content.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials such as banners, videos, infographics, and other digital assets.
- Ensure that all promotional content aligns with OsudKini’s brand identity and messaging.
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality promotional content.
- Review and provide feedback on content produced by media houses and communication agencies to ensure it meets OsudKini’s standards and objectives.
