Additional Requirements

  • 3 years of progressive experiences in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or e-commerce industry.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or social media marketing, are a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Expertise in setting up, managing, and maintaining Facebook and Google Adwords campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Experience in working with media houses and communication agencies is a plus.

As we grow our digital footprint and extend our customer base, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.Digital Marketing Specialist

Employment start: Earliest start date as per convenience

Contract duration: 1 year initially, with the possibility of extension based on the performance.

Place of work: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

3.1 Digital Marketing Management

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and other digital assets.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

3.2 Ad Management and Monitoring

  • Manage end-to-end ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant digital advertising channels.
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance, and continuously make improvements to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of advertising performance, including recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

3.3 Collaboration with Media Houses / Communication Agencies

  • Work closely with media houses/communication agencies to develop engaging promotional content.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials such as banners, videos, infographics, and other digital assets.
  • Ensure that all promotional content aligns with OsudKini’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality promotional content.
  • Review and provide feedback on content produced by media houses and communication agencies to ensure it meets OsudKini’s standards and objectives.

Working Conditions and Environment: This will be applicable according to the OsudKini Staff Manual.
