- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, Instagram and email marketing software.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and project management skills.

Job Context We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive online sales, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data analysis, and content creation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to create compelling marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, engaging with customers and building a community.
- Develop and manage SEO, SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
