Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee the overall operations and management of the hospital.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve the hospital’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads and medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
- Manage the hospital’s budget, including financial planning, monitoring expenses, and identifying areas for cost reduction.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring adequate staffing levels and promoting professional development.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Other administrative duties as needed by the authority.
