Requirements

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Information Technology (MIS), Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related disciplines.
No 3rd Class /Division or CGPA will not be accepted at any stage of the academic career.

Experience

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Requirements

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Dispute Management, Reconciliation, Settlement Operations, Card Operations, ADC Operations, Digital Banking Operations, or Payment Services.

• Hands-on experience in transaction reconciliation, settlement processing, dispute resolution, chargeback management, accounting entries, and regulatory reporting will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

Monitor and resolve transaction disputes across Bank Asia’s own network, NPSB, VISA, MasterCard, Q-Cash, and other digital channels.

Conduct daily reconciliation of transactions (On-Us, Remote On-Us, Off-Us, IBFT, QR, and card networks) and prepare settlement vouchers.

Investigate failed, declined, or unauthorized transactions and coordinate resolution with branches, agents, and network partners.

Perform reversal postings in i-Stelar and other banking systems for valid claims.

Maintain accurate dispute logs, settlement records, and regulatory reports.

Manage A-Challan and e-GP operations including branch user ID management, transaction settlement, and fund reconciliation.

Communicate with customers, branches, agent banking outlets, vendors, and regulatory authorities for dispute resolution and operational support.

Provide support for internal audits, vendor coordination, and operational reporting.

Prepare and submit MIS, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports as required.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, Bangladesh Bank guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance dispute resolution and settlement efficiency.

Participate in roster-based monitoring or support activities when required.
