Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a Distribution Manager ( Chocolate Manufacturing) who has a proved track in FMG and will be responsible for the followings:
Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service in the distribution center.
Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle.
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
Arranging warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
Resolving any arising problems or complaints related to distribution.
Supervising, coaching, and training warehouse workforce.
Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
Maintaining metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, of the country.
