Responsibilities & Context

Golden Harvest Group is one of the largest business conglomerates in the country. Currently, we are looking for experienced, dedicated, honest and hard-working Distribution Officers for Depots, located at Rangpur, Chattogram, Sylhet, Noakhali, Comilla, Khulna, Bogura, Barishal, Mymenshingh and Dhaka.

The job responsibilities for the position are as below:

• Maintain and manage the availability of products in cold storage as per requisition.
• Ensure goods are stored properly at the right temperature.
• To arrange appropriate warehousing for commodity receiving, dispatching, stacking, food quality control and labor handling.
• Inspect overall warehouse premises to ensure commodity safety i.e. check for roof leaks drainage, compound fence, fire-fighting and other pertinent equipment, gates, lighting and security system of warehouse.
• Get information about confirmed orders from sales team and invoice in ERP as well as delivery.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, delivery times and transportation costs.
• Various types of record keeping and communicate with other Department.
• Supervise warehouse cleaner, Labor, and security guards.
• Prepare various reports and charts such as ledger maintain, warehouse cleaning chart (yearly), warehouse report (daily, monthly), receive & dispatch report, daily warehouse report, waybill, loss and adjustment report, monthly commodity status report.
