Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve divisional targets.
  • Align marketing and sales plans with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the ceramic industry.
  • Analyze market data to inform product development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, trade shows, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and digital content.
  • Utilize various marketing channels (online and offline) to promote products and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment with market demands and customer preferences.
  • Provide input on product design, features, and enhancements based on market feedback.
  • Enhance the brand’s position in the market through consistent messaging and high-quality marketing activities.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing and sales materials.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions, preferences, and feedback.
  • Use CRM data to develop targeted marketing and sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure activities are within budgetary constraints.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor marketing and sales staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales activities.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing and sales trends, technologies, and best practices in the ceramic industry.
  • Implement innovative tactics to stay ahead of competitors and drive growth.
  • Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in all business practices.
