Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the regional/divisional/district/area/Corporate sales strategy in alignment with the company’s overall objectives and market conditions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Set clear sales targets and monitor their performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners within the assigned division/district/area.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of dealers, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Identify opportunities to expand the distribution network and establish new dealers to drive business growth.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales volumes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators, market insights, and action plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales support materials.
