Additional Requirements

  • Practical experience interpreting and drafting purchase orders (POs), invoices, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), documentation, frame agreements, and opening new projects is required.
  • Must be intelligent and have strong presenting abilities.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

We are searching for a high-performing and trustworthy Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) to assist us in meeting our client acquisition, revenue development, and business activity goals while keeping our firm competitive and creative. You will be responsible for maximizing the potential of our sales staff, developing sales strategies, and justifying those goals to top management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular evaluations and reports on sales and financial data.
  • Be in charge of sales representative hiring, goal setting, mentoring, and performance tracking.
  • Create and implement a strategic business plan to increase the company’s consumer base and ensure its continued existence.
  • Collect and share feedback from consumers or prospects with internal teams.
  • Conduct market research to find selling opportunities and customer needs.
  • Manage the sales staff successfully to achieve growth and sales objectives.
  • Recognize rising markets and market trends while staying current on new goods and competitors.
  • Establish and maintain solid, long-term client connections by collaborating with them and understanding their requirements.
  • Present to the management team sales, revenue, and spending reports, as well as realistic estimates., revenue, and expenses reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
