Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized Institution.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales, including at least 2–3 years in a team leadership role. Candidates from the Lift/Elevator, Construction Materials, Building Solutions, HVAC, Real Estate, or Engineering industries will be preferred.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B, project, or corporate sales

Responsibilities & Context

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned product categories.
  • Lead, guide, and supervise the ASM team to ensure effective sales execution.
  • Conduct regular meetings with ASMs to review performance, address challenges, and provide strategic direction to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze the daily activities and performance of ASMs and prepare reports for submission to the NSM.
  • Ensure timely and accurate uploading of all sales-related data in EBS by the Logistics team and respective ASMs.
  • Achieve assigned monthly KPI targets as set by the Department Head.
  • Monitor and manage the attendance, movement, and field activities of subordinates.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management or the Department Head.
