  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience

    • 3 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, E-commerce, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 45 years

3 to 4 years of proven experience as an E-commerce Manager, Specialist, or a similar role in a reputed Bangladeshi e-commerce platform.Hands-on experience with e-commerce CMS/platforms (such as WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, or custom e-commerce panels).

Responsibilities & Context

  • Sales & Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute effective digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO) to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and boost sales.
  • Product & Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for product sourcing, ensure proper cataloging of diverse categories (Fashion, Watches, Electronics, etc.), and maintain stock levels.
  • Order & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the customer service and delivery/logistics teams to ensure fast shipping, accurate delivery, and a hassle-free exchange/return policy for customers.
  • Customer Experience: Monitor product feedback, help center requests, and 24/7 customer support efficiency to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze website traffic, sales funnels, user behavior, and campaign ROI using analytics tools to prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for the management.
  • Website Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the website, including product uploads, price updates, inventory management, inventory tracking, and ensuring smooth website performance.
