The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Training Institutes
Additional Requirements
Age At least 22 years
2+ years of hands-on experience in overseas education counselling
Strong knowledge of European study destinations and universities
Excellent communication and counselling skills
Confident in handling phone calls and new leads
Strong follow-up and lead conversion ability
Good understanding of admission and visa processes
Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
Ability to handle students independently from first call to application stage
Responsibilities & Context
Handle and follow up with new student leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels
Counsel students for higher education opportunities across European countries
Understand students’ academic profiles, career goals and financial backgrounds
Recommend suitable universities, courses and study destinations
Handle the complete application process from initial counselling to submission
Provide accurate guidance on admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships and intakes
Assist students with visa documentation and interview preparation
Follow up with students and universities throughout the admission process
Maintain regular communication with students, parents and university representatives
Achieve individual and team counselling/application targets
Stay updated with European university admission policies, intakes and visa requirements
