Elegant Spinning & Textiles Ltd is hiring Manager – Commercial (IEPZ)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manager – Commercial to support and manage day-to-day commercial operations in our factory inside the IEPZ. The candidate must have hands-on experience in textile commercial activities, especially in bond management, export-import procedures, customs documentation, and ensuring compliance with IEPZ rules and regulations. Prior experience in IEPZ-based textile factories is mandatory. The role involves close coordination with the commercial GM, as well as internal departments, banks, shipping lines, and buyers to ensure smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage all export and import documentation as per IEPZ and customs regulations.
• Maintain and monitor bond license-related activities, including bond utilization and audits.
• Liaise with shipping agents, C&F, banks, and customs for smooth delivery and clearance of goods.
• Assist in handling back-to-back LCs, TT, UD, UP preparation, and bank-related formalities.
• Ensure timely submission of returns and reports to BEPZA, customs, and other regulatory bodies.
• Maintain updated knowledge of IEPZ rules, trade compliance, and HS Codes.
• Assist GM – Commercial in strategic planning and policy implementation.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, buyers, and freight forwarders.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in commercial MIS and reporting tools.
• Support in cost control, document tracking, and commercial risk mitigation.
