- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SEO best practices for WordPress sites.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to work well in a team.
- Experience with other page builders like WPBakery, Divi, Oxygen and Gutenberg is plus.
Responsibilities & Context
Position Overview: As an Elementor Pro WordPress Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining stunning websites using WordPress and Elementor Pro. You will work closely with our design team to bring mockups and concepts to life, while ensuring the functionality and performance of the site are optimized. If you are an experienced WordPress developer with a deep understanding of Elementor Pro, strong design sensibility, and a passion for building user-friendly websites, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom WordPress websites using Elementor Pro.
- Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet company’s requirements.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, responsive, and optimized for performance.
- Collaborate with the team to convert design mockups into pixel-perfect Elumentor pages.
- Manage and optimize website load speed and overall site performance.
- Implement SEO best practices to ensure sites are search engine-friendly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in WordPress and Elementor development.
Working Hours: 10.30 AM – 7.30 PM (Sunday-Thursday) working hours and 45 minutes Lunch Break. Bangladesh time.
