Additional Requirements

• Age at least 22 years

• Practical knowledge of Central AC (Air Condition)/ Chiller, Split type AC (Air Condition), AHU, Compressor, 1200 KVA sub-station, PLC, VFD, Electrical & Electronic devices, etc.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities & Context

• Ensure smooth functioning of all machines.
• Maintain all maintenance records according to the standards requirement.
• Schedule and execute preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
• Installs electrical system components (e.g., AC (Air Condition), electrical panels, switches, circuits, Inverter, timers, etc.) for the purpose of providing enhanced and/or upgraded electrical capabilities.
• Repairs electrical components and/or systems (e.g., AC (Air Condition), Fridge, Motor, switches, etc.) to ensure a safe working condition.
• Assemble, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, and appliances using hand tools and power tools.
• Any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
