Minimum of 5 years of experience in a paper mill environment.
Ability to lead and supervise a team of workers to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Knowledge of paper mill operations, including raw material processing, paper making, and finishing operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and management.
Proficient in the use of computer programs and software, such as MS Office and CMMS systems.
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Supervise the production process of paper mills and ensure that production targets are met.
Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that machines are in good working condition.
Maintain records of daily production, machine maintenance, and inventory levels.
Ensure that safety protocols are followed by all employees, and that the work environment is safe.
Train and mentor employees to improve their skills and productivity.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Manage and allocate resources, such as manpower, raw materials, and equipment, to meet production needs.
