Responsibilities & Context
- Check daily expenditures, Vouchers, Requisition and daily transaction
- Maintain all account books/registers/ledgers etcEntry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction manually.
- Prepare account financial reports – daily, weekly, monthly & yearly.
- Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills.
- Reconcile the Bank Accounts daily basis. Check all transactions like receive voucher, payment voucher, Journal voucher maintaining by accounts software.
- Deal with Company’s internal Auditor & Bank. Daily audit on Voucher / documents related to finance.
- Ensure Control accounts are in balance at all times.
- Maintains financial security by internal controls
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Input of data including invoices & credit notes timely.
- Ensure back charging required is performed on monthly basis regularly.
- Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Handling the TAX, VAT & Customs duties Issues. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
- Lead the Human Resource & Administration Department which includes Planning, recruitment and selection, job posting, performance appraisal, training and development and maintain personnel records and other HR documents.
- Prepare leave schedule, process leave application and monitor staff leaves.
- Monitor the employee attendance and take necessary action as per rule. Monitor & ensure proper security and safety measure in office.
- Prepare Appointment letters, interview schedules, meeting minutes, and be in charge of circulating various notices and instructions around the organizations.
- Conduct Induction programs to new employees. Conduct yearly performance evaluation, Grievance handling and Counseling, Drive annual performance management process as guided by the Management
