Responsibilities & Context

  • Review, analyze, and summarize reports for the Chairman, providing concise and actionable insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for the Chairman’s requirements, ensuring clear and effective communication with all departments.
  • Collaborate with the MIS team to develop and refine reporting formats that meet the Chairman’s needs and enhance data presentation.
  • Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Communicate project deadlines to Heads of Departments (HODs) and ensure they are adhered to for smooth project implementation.
  • Prepare and brief the Chairman on the agenda for every meeting held in the office, ensuring all necessary materials and information are readily available.
  • Establish discussion points for meeting agendas, particularly focusing on areas such as Ready Made Garments and Accessories.
  • Work collaboratively with department heads to implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) effectively across the organization.
  • Provide the Chairman with daily updates on the status of key activities and projects within various departments.
  • Gather and present relevant information to the Chairman to support strategic decisions.
