Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science.

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 28 years
  • Six Months to One-year Experiences are required, Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

We help our customers achieve the highest level of operational excellence so they can focus on what matters – their core business.We are looking for a resilient, empathic “Executive -Business Development” to contribute to the growth of our company. “Executive-Business Development” are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

Job Responsibilities

  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
