Ability in product formulation, analysis, ingredient functionality, report preparing.
Sound knowledge in functional F&B will be an added advantage.
Must have fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) & SPSS.

Conduct number of in-house and external product tests, & on time report submission.
Conduct evaluation of newly launched products.
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth product development processes.
Maintain detailed documentation of product formulations, ingredient specifications, and test results.
Stay ahead of market trends by exploring new technologies, ingredients, and consumer demands.
Identify opportunities to introduce innovative products that will differentiate the business in the marketplace.
Conduct Quantitative Survey in the field & get hands-on consumer experience & feedback.
Conduct FGDs/dipstick studies, to gather consumer insights.
Database management & update.
Engage in market research, reading, exploration of new ideas for product development.
