Responsibilities & Context
- Handling all activities with all other sections of the Commercial department (Export section, Customs section, Bank section, Audit section, BKMEA, BGMEA& EPB section).
- Assist to team leader to Coordinate with Marketing & Merchandising department and Accounts & Finance department regularly for shipment schedule and fund management activities respectably.
- Making Invoice, P-list, and pass EXP form from Bank to ship out the export consignment. Responsible to collect Master L/C from Bank and open Back to Back L/C for raw material procurement for Export.
- Correspondence with local buying house & foreign buyer through e-mail time to time regarding Export documents.
- Dependable to submit Export documents to Bank for negotiation with buyers’ bank for bill realization.
- Well experience to handle export documents of Columbia, PVH, Carhartt, Samar, Luxottica buyer
- Capable to correspondence with related Bank and agencies. Co-ordinate with Govt. Officials, C&F Agents, Banks, Freight Forwarders, Transport for Export & Import purpose etc.
- Communicate with banks for timely collection of Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC).
- Maintain liaison for cash incentives of specific products.
- Negotiate with bank for preferential exchange rate for Import and Export.
- Obtain/renewal of all licenses (e.g. ERC, IRC, Trade License, RADE, TIN, VAT, EPB, BTMA, and Fire License).
- To submit shipping documents to respective custom stations on time.
- Custom handling, Export clearance & documentation.
- Having sound knowledge on Customs Bond rules & regulations etc.
