Additional Requirements

Maintain good liaison with the buyers, suppliers and bank for completing the documentation on time to smooth export and import.
Make sure proper correspondents with merchandiser, factory, buyer, shipping line, freight forwarder, bank, C&F and other concerned offices accordingly.
Manage EPB, Banks & C&F agents, shipping lines, BGMEA (CO, GSP), Buying House, Transport Agents (Truck Company) and other export & import related organizations.
Follow up with banks for receiving notification about the shipment documents, confirm the payment and get the document released from the bank for clearing goods.
Manage online booking in forwarder portal and update information in buyer portal.
Prepare all bank, forwarder and C&F related documents simultaneously.
Strongly follow-up shipment (Sea, Air, Sea-Air, Road, ICD) from booking to payment receive.
Perform bond, customs and VAT related activities.
Coordinate various license update if government office such as IRC, ERC Trade license etc.
All import, export and UD data entry to ensure compliance.
Prepare different relevant report.
Experienced in managing ZARA buyer will be given preference.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
