- Commercial Import, Bank related experience will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
- S/C & MLC Scrutiny.
- Export L/C & Sales Contract entry in ERP.
- Collect Export L/C & Sales Contract collect and lien in bank.
- Up-load order details on link and confirmed the S/C.
- Collect Master LC from Bank.
- Check PI as per norms to open BTB LC,FTT, FDD etc.
- Prepare All Proposals for BTB LC/ TT/ FDD / Cash LC (Machineries & Chemical).
- Communicate with merchandiser by mail/over phone against LC opening/update & advice for avoiding any kind of unexpected situation against import the raw material.
- Inform concern merchandiser for shipment schedule as per Export LC/MLC/Sales contract & chase for the update with the related shipping document.
- Follow Up Merchant / Buying House for MLC by replacing before shipment.
- Collect insurance cover notes for Import LC.
