Responsibilities & Context
Job Location: Dhaka (Nikunjo – 1)
Business Area(s): Banks, Real Estate
Meet credit collection targets on monthly and yearly basis as planned.
Recover outstanding amounts rightfully and monitor periodic collection reviews.
Guide the sales team to encourage customers to avail of credit as per the company credit policy.
Remind customers and issue letters for irregular payments and dues.
Maintain monthly recovery report regarding irregular/long pending clients.
Monitoring collection of monthly installments from the customers as per payment schedule.
Follow-up & check official letter, memo, notice, deed of agreement.
Assist to land registration process.
Carry out any other task assigned by the HOD/Management from time to time.
