  • Skill in Email & Verbal Communication, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Drafting, Critical issue solving.
  • Knowledge in Real Estate sector, land, Construction, Design & DAP.
  • Ability to work under pressure & self-driven.
  • Competencies in Customer Service, Critical customer dealing, Trouble shooting.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare- final account,optional modification, send logistic update to customers.
  • External and internal communication
  • Customer meet (at office & outside office), frequently site visit.
  • Project coordination, meet inbound and out bound customer call.
  • Solve customer’s issues, solve backlog & critical issues.
  • Maintain critical log, regular communication with customers.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
