Excellent typing speed in both Bangla & English.
Those who have experience in Government project or job and good knowledge about Laws & Regulations of Bangladesh are encouraged to apply.
Capable in doing Secretarial work of the office.
No age barrier for this post.
Excellent communication in English both written and oral.
Strong knowledge on documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint tools and knowledge about Digital Marketing Process.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Work closely with Managing Director regarding ongoing projects.
Prepare various forms, reports & returns time-to-time filing.
Keep record for all important corporate and legal documents and file those systematically.
Preparation of documents regarding any projects. o Provide excellent customer service, answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly and professionally.
Playing digital marketing service like promotion of products or services etc.
Keep liaisons with Government regulatory bodies.
Any other issues as related to assign by management.
