Responsibilities & Context
- To receive all general items of RMG factory as per indent from supplier and keeping records in ERP software accordingly.
- To keep and maintain machine transfer record to other factories accordingly in ERP software.
- To make requirements and indents all general items to Supply Chain Department by ERP software.
- To collect spare parts requirements from Technical Department & providing indents accordingly.
- To ensure product quality from supplier as per the requirements. To ensure machine number and all repair parts at the time of delivery.
- To keep records returnable goods timely and appropriately.
- To ensure chemical MSDS properly.
- To organize and deliver sharp tools as per the guideline.
- To ensure the bin card and product location on rack.
